Elad Travis practices corporate and securities law with particular emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and corporate governance matters. Elad represents issuers and institutional investors in a wide range of financing transactions, including IPOs, RTOs, secondary offerings and private placements. Elad also acts for start-up companies in their efforts to raise capital in Canada. Elad is co-head of the Bennett Jones' Canada - Israel Initiative.

Prior to joining Bennett Jones, when practicing law in Israel, Elad focused on M&A transactions and competition law, representing a diverse set of clients from all areas of industry, in particular telecommunications and media as well as IT, natural resources exploration and pharmaceuticals.

Sienna Molu is an associate at FCL LLP in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to her articles, she interned at FCL LLP, where she then articled and returned as an associate upon her call to the Ontario Bar in 2018. Sienna practises in all areas of civil defence litigation with a focus on professional liability, including the defence of mortgage brokers and insurance brokers, amongst other professionals. She is building her practice to expand in the Sports and Entertainment law sector, providing client-focused advocacy for elite athletes and entertainers. Sienna is a contributing author to the Annual Review of Civil Litigation 2018, a publication regularly cited by appellate courts across Canada including the Supreme Court of Canada, with an article titled Sexual Aggression and the Civil Response.

Since she was a child, Sienna always knew she wanted to be a lawyer. Thabang Pebane is an associate lawyer at AAA Law and a principal at TMD Law, an Ontario law firm with practice areas in real estate litigation, criminal defence, family law and immigration. Madison Gleis, Barrister & Solicitor, is a practicing family law lawyer in Oakville, Ontario. Prior to opening up Gleis Law, Madison worked at a large, highly-regarded family law firm in Burlington. Sharen began her legal career as a litigator practising in health law for 6 years at international and independent law firms in Hong Kong.
